Real Estate Owned (REO)

  • In handling  REO, Property Management, Private Equity Buyers,  Short Sales, BPO’s, Retail Sales, Property Inspections, real estate investments, weekly REO Inspections, 2nd Opinion BPO,  and investments,  Surveillance and Forensic  tasks and Lead Generation. We can service any of these task in our Maryland and DC offices  . I am willing to do all the grunt work that you need to have done. “Give me a shot with your worst property.   • Evaluating and overseeing properties for Local, Regional and National Private Equity Firms to purchase bulk properties and renovate and sell them for profits

     

  • Able to provide Clients with real time visual of properties through Skype Video

     

  • Offer full service REO division with a qualified team who manage all aspects of REO’s. Able to handle 20 – 25 REO’s at any given time, with BPO within 95% of REO sales price
  • REO management system in place with Ebrokerhouse  so I can stay organized to handle, BPO’s, verification of occupancy, property management,  Cash for Keys, which I have a 90% success rate, Lockouts, Evictions, Trash outs to renovations, inspections, preservation and sale of the asset.  I obtain bids and coordinate work with service personnel.  I have cash on hand, for property expenses until reimbursement from the client. I  Attend court proceedings when necessary. I am also very knowledgeable in how to deal with HOA’s. My REO sales price on average is within 10% of the List Price. Average REO property DOM is 60 days.

     

  • Along with my hands on approach, to make sure done correctly first time,  my staff includes(2) Administrative Asst to field emails, organize files, BPO’s, MLS Data Entry and showing service maintenance.  Field Manager to handle securing the properties, evictions and field emergencies. Full time Accountant to handle Billing & Reimbursements.  ( 1) buyer’s agents on my team that generate 10 -20 leads per week.
